The following people and organizations contributed or continue to contribute to the production and promotion of All Things Bakelite: The Age of Plastic.
Production began in 2009 and the first public “invitation only” screening was in 2016. In order to accomplish our goal for international distribution, we began adding foreign language subtitles – Chinese translation is complete and Spanish is in the works. Other languages are soon to follow, as our network continues to grow. To accommodate the unique requirements of some distributors, we make minor edits to our film to fulfill those needs.
Promotion requires hours of time and spans an ever-widening spider web of contacts in the plastics industry and educational institutions. Fulfillment for screenings in far off places has required hours of preparation, often shipping thumb drives with screening guidelines, or attending in person, requiring extensive travel and lodging funds. The hosts of the screenings are included in our list. We are grateful to each and every one of you.
